Payment

You can pay by PayPal, which is quick and secure. You can use PayPal to pay with most credit/debit cards, without having a PayPal account.

You can also pay via STRIPE. Stripe is a third-party payment processor, meaning they process credit card transactions from a portfolio of different businesses into a single merchant account (an account used to accept credit card payments)


Covid19 Delays

Unfortunately due to COVID 19, domestic & international couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times.  See all international shipping updates & delivery times here.
We will still be packing & getting your orders with couriers as fast as possible, however the delays with the couriers are out of our control. We really appreciate your patience during this time.

Shipping

Due to being a one woman show most of the time, I ship thrice a week so that your orders are sent within 48 hours. If your order is urgent please make sure to send me an email so I can ensure you receive your order on time. 

All scarves are carefully hand wrapped in tissue paper, placed in the boutique bag & bubble wrap envelope and prints are protected in a clear envelope as well as a non-bendable card envelope to ensure your scarf & print are  protected all the way to you. 

Domestic Shipping

Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan orders are sent via SF Express

  • Standard delivery is $40 HKD

  • Express Delivery is $60 HKD

Signature is not required on delivery.

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to the sender, shipping charges will apply to resend the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

International Shipping

International orders are sent via DHL/FedEx/ Hong Kong Post for a flat rate of $20 USD ($160 HKD). International shipping takes 4-10 working days from Hong Kong to your door. Tracking is only available with some international destinations. Please provide your email address & contact number for tracking details. 

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it is passed onto your local courier service. The same tracking number applies.

Missing order

If you fear that your order may have gone missing in transit to you, please visit the courier website & provide tracking details. 

Damaged Order

We always package our items to ensure safe delivery, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would. If this occurs, please take photos of the item ordered and the packaging how it was delivered to the best of your ability.

Within your country, seek compensation by contacting the courier company with shipping details and images. 

Please email orders@zinahns.com with the images of how your order arrived to you and we can look into it further.

Returns

Please choose carefully when deciding to order scarves or prints as they are limited editions. I am unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at orders@zinahns.com if you have any problems with your items that you have received. 

Online Store FAQ

The scarf/print I want is currently sold out, when will it be restocked?

Often the scarves and prints I create are done in limited edition runs, however very occasionally a re-stock will be done if an artwork sells out quickly. I don’t re-stock artworks from previous year’s collections.

It is always best to email me at orders@zinahns.com  to double check.

I have seen an artwork of yours but I can’t find it on your online store, can it be ordered?
Unfortunately at the moment I don’t offer one-off print orders at this time.
